** This hat has the spirit of a fighter but sustained some cosmetic defects during construction. There are spots where the vinyl applique did not adhere correctly, and some spots where the paint used was smudged. **

Measurements: All hats come with a drawstring inner hatband - so hats can be adjusted to about 2 inches smaller than what is listed:

Circumference: 23" , Brim: 4" , Height: 4.5"
