Shipping Policy

Processing time: 

• Processing times for most orders is 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the listing. 
• Pre-order items, made-to-order items, or items that require additional/extended production (such as Halo Hats) generally have a 4-6 month production time. 

International Shipping: 

• International shipping is available (we are U.S.-based), and all Return and Refund policies apply to international orders as they do to domestic ones.

Tracking:  

• Tracking information for orders is provided through Shopify’s automated order notification system. Tracking information for exchanges or replacements will be provided on request.

Return and Refund Policy

Timeframe: 

• Patrons have 7 days from the delivery date to return items. 
• Replacements can be requested within 48 hours of package delivery and will be issued on the basis of factors such as damage in transit. 
• Ready-made orders must be cancelled within 48 hours. 

Condition/Damages:

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were in upon delivery in order to receive a full refund.
• Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis – i.e., partial refunds are NOT guaranteed.

Refunds/Cancellations/Returns: 

• We will refund the money to your original payment method, after subtracting return shipping costs. 
• Preorders cannot be cancelled. 
• Custom orders cannot be refunded or cancelled.
• Patrons will be billed for return labels when completing a return or exchange.
