Our "Sarah Serenade" Hat features handpainted sections, hundreds of hand-placed crystals and flatback pearls, and window panes filled with gold leaf.

Measurements: All hats come with a drawstring inner hatband - so hats can be adjusted to about 2 inches smaller than what is listed:
